Correcting the build-method post before anyone drills anything: the **riv-nut anchor grid is out, horizontal track rows are in.**

The problem with the grid: the body ribs are thin aluminum. A field of drilled riv-nut holes weakens exactly the members holding the body together (pull-out and spin-out risk in thin wall, a stress riser at every hole). Continuous channel does the opposite — it **reinforces** the rib it spans.

The system:

- **Aluminum airline L-track rows, full length, both walls, at standardized heights** (~Z = 12" / 40" / 66") + 80/20 T-slot vertical drops where furniture needs them.
- **Attachment:** structural adhesive (VHB / Sika-252 class) along the track's length, small fasteners only at rib crossings — few holes, load spread wide. Thin thermal-break strip between track and rib.
- **Everything mounts with sliding stud / quarter-turn fittings** — anchor at *any point along the row*, locked solid for driving, tool-free to remove. The panel-locking question answers itself.
- **Safety bonus:** L-track is crash-rated cargo-restraint hardware. With a curtain instead of a bulkhead, furniture anchored to rated track instead of screws-in-thin-ribs is an occupant-safety upgrade, not just convenience.

And it makes the multi-van standard *simpler*: instead of documenting a hole map, the standard is one line — "rows at 12 / 40 / 66, full length." A layout variant that shifts the galley six inches needs zero new holes; slide the fittings.

Everything else in the method post stands.
