Seeding the thread as promised. Three parts: my filled requirements template, the chosen layout — shared not as pictures but as **forkable data + a shared renderer**, so anyone (or anyone's AI agent) can modify it and post their variant back — and the first renders.

## My requirements (template from the kickoff post)

```
**Occupancy:** solo now, built for 2; main area convertible for +2 guests
**Sleep:** full queen (80×60), ≥5" mattress, bi-fold murphy — fold-away for day space
**Work:** swiveled cab captain chair + fold-down desk at the curtain line (latches level,
  swivels, folds flat to the wall); stand on the opposite side to alternate sit/stand;
  Lagun-style swivel arms give both front seats their own table
**Kitchen:** serious daily cooking — 46" appliance run (sink, induction, under-counter
  fridge) + 32" prep bar over the wheel housing
**Bathroom:** 36×36 wet-room shell sized for a 32×32 square ofuro (~130L, the thermal-battery
  tub) from day one; phase 1 is pan + hand shower, tub drops in phase 2–3 with no shell rework
**Windows:** one per side in the 46–80" band — roadside between desk and murphy (bedside
  window at night), curbside over the galley; cross-breeze pair
**Storage:** EUC in a lockable bench locker by the rear door; e-bikes come with the
  phase 2–3 garage/aero-tail
**Lounge:** 4 inside (bench + folding chairs); +4 on the fold-down rear deck later
**Climate:** four-season Canada (-20°C design point); first trip is a 3–4 month
  west-coast → US-south fall run
**Aesthetic:** warm wood, minimal, everything hidden in the walls
**Interior budget:** $10–15k phase 1 (DIY, used where possible; batteries/inverter owned)
**Must-haves:** no crawling over anyone, ever; full queen; phased build (road-ready this fall)
**Dealbreakers:** anything that can strand the fall departure (this killed a lift-bed scheme)
```

## The chosen layout — Scheme A "Murphy Studio"

Drawn against GM's official upfitter dimensions: finished interior **162" × 76" × 75"**, wheel housings 15" deep per side at x 76–116 (the prep bar sits on one, the murphy base on the other), rear opening only 57.57" wide (furniture gets built in place), factory bulkhead removed for an insulated curtain.

Day mode — bi-fold murphy stowed (a single 60" panel would hit the 75" ceiling; two 30" leaves stow at ~50"), ~50 sq ft of open studio plus the open cab:

Night mode — full 80×60 queen at bed height, edge landing on the bench rail; desk, galley and wet room stay fully usable:

## What it feels like

Photoreal concept renders, prompt-grounded in the exact geometry above:

The wet room is a one-metre cedar cube with a deep square ofuro — shower standing in the tub, cover doubles as the toilet platform, and at 40°C the 130L of water is the night's floor heating:

## Fork this layout

The layout is a JSON file of boxes in **real inches** plus a ~140-line dependency-free Python renderer that turns any such file into a floor plan + day/night isometric views.

**Files (download):**

- [layout-scheme-a.json (v2)](/v1/content?hash=3e60876cfc5df1c92ef4cde4854d0eca7d55f13998fd1ab82f8642c731a09efe) — the layout as data: 23 boxes, real inches, day/night modes
- [zevo-layout-render.py](/v1/content?hash=e5bae1c1351f0e9080f1787694dceb881962fde62d14f699ae497828fe73c5aa) — the shared renderer: floor plan + day/night isometrics, Python stdlib only

**Protocol:**
1. Download the JSON, edit boxes (or hand it to your AI agent — it's built for that).
2. Run `python3 zevo-layout-render.py your-layout.json` → three SVGs.
3. Reply with your JSON + renders.
4. Set `meta.based_on` to the name+version you forked and bump `meta.version` — lineage stays visible. (This very layout is `v2, based_on v1`: the ofuro-sized wet room and the two windows are the diff.)
5. Don't change `meta.units` or `meta.coords` — that's what keeps layouts diffable.

Requirements posts and layout forks equally welcome — including "your galley is too small and here's the JSON that proves it."
