Most health advice is noise — supplement bros, influencers, "trust me, bro." I got tired of not being able to tell what was actually *true*, so I started building a different way to run my own health: **let AI help me gather the truth, but keep the entire chain auditable.**

The whole thing rests on one process:

### study → claim → reasoning → decision

- Pull the actual **studies** — my AI assistant does the legwork.
- Turn each into an atomic **claim**, tagged with its citation and an honest evidence grade. An RCT and a random clinic blog are not the same weight, and the system says so out loud.
- Write the **reasoning** down: what supports a course of action, what contradicts it, and — the part everyone skips — where the evidence is genuinely thin or missing.
- Only then, a **decision** I can actually defend, with the whole chain hanging off it. When future-me asks "why am I doing this?", the answer is right there, sourced.

No vibes. No guy on YouTube. A health decision I can *audit*.

### One example: a health activity scheduler

The first thing I built on this spine is a scheduler — it takes the decisions and turns them into *exactly what to do today*. It opens straight to today's plan, and a month view shows the whole cycle at a glance. It came out clean:

That scheduler is just *one* example. The same study → claim → reasoning → decision backbone works for training, nutrition, sleep — anything you're trying to get right instead of guess at.

### Built on open systems — launching as an open project

This isn't a startup or a walled-garden app. It's built on open systems, and I'm about to launch it as an **open project** anyone can contribute to — fork it, extend it, build your own trackers and schedulers on the same backbone.

### Your data stays yours — encrypted vault

Health data is the last thing you want harvested. Everything lives **locked in an encrypted vault you own** — local-first, nothing shipped off to some company to monetize you.

### Work with the AI assistant you already use

This is the part I'm most excited about. You don't use *my* app. You talk to **your own AI assistant** — whichever one you like — about your goals, your tools, the products you actually use. As long as it has **MCP or CLI access**, it plugs straight into this: it pulls the studies, builds the claim → reasoning → decision chain, and **custom-tailors schedules and trackers for you**, keeping your plan current as the evidence — or your goals — change. The AI does the truth-gathering with you; the open system holds it; the vault keeps it private.

Launching soon and looking for contributors. If you're a guy who'd rather run his health on sourced, private, AI-assisted decisions than on vibes — come build it with me.

*(Not medical advice — a methodology and a tool, not a doctor.)*
